About
Rouby is a family-owned Lebanese-Armenian restaurant built on tradition, passion, and hospitality. For over 15 years, it has been serving the Laval community authentic cuisine prepared with love and care.

The story begins with Vahé, an Armenian born in Lebanon who later came to Canada. A trained pastry chef and former bakery owner, Vahé always dreamed of opening a restaurant where he could share his love for food. With the support of his wife, who plays an active role in the restaurant, that dream became a reality.

The restaurant is named after their eldest daughter, Rouby, who studied French gastronomy and contributed her expertise to the restaurant before pursuing new ventures. Today, their youngest daughter, also trained in pastry, is bringing her own fresh perspective and energy to the family business.

At Rouby, every dish is crafted with the highest quality ingredients and a generous spirit. Guests are treated like family—welcomed as if they were joining the family table at home.
